Job Description

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Content Creator / Video Editor to support multiple brands under our organization. The ideal candidate should be skilled in short-form content creation, video editing, storytelling, and social media trends, with the ability to independently manage batch content production monthly.

This role is hybrid, meaning you will mostly work remotely but will be required to come into the office once or twice weekly — or whenever content production days are scheduled.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver engaging short-form video content for multiple brands.
Create monthly batch content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
Edit videos with captions, transitions, music, motion graphics, and branding where necessary.
Develop content ideas aligned with marketing goals and current trends.
Work closely with management to execute content calendars and campaigns.
Organize raw footage and maintain editable project files.
Ensure timely delivery of all assigned monthly content.
Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form assets.
Maintain consistent visual quality and storytelling across brands.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering:
> 8 short-form videos monthly for a workspace/lifestyle-focused brand
> 4 short-form videos monthly for a software/technology-focused brand
> 4 short-form videos monthly for a recruitment/career-focused brand
> 4 short-form videos monthly for a solar and smart hardware-focused brand
> 2 Long form videos for any events

Requirements

Proven experience creating and editing social media video content.
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn video content, and short-form storytelling.
Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
Ability to shoot quality content using a phone or camera.
Good eye for composition, pacing, audio, captions, and trends.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic graphic design skills are an added advantage.
